Software Detected as virus

As the Software is not digital signed some antivirus may blocked the software. To run the

software you need to allow the software exe in antivirus exception list .

Static ip option is blank

Currently software is not capable for providing info related to IPv6 .

Difference between kill All and Close All option

Kill All terminates all applications without user save prompt whereas Close All send

terminate signal and let user to save his work .

Software not running

Make sure your system has active internet connection , Software do some pre-checks for

updates available
